Center for Leadership Wellness Coaching Session
Job Descriptions ("Survival School" leadership skills training)
Pat Bennier, Mary Fogelson, Rick Hardy, Tricia Hoyt and Norbert Zwickl

Team members from the Center for Leadership Wellness meet with you informally to help refine and apply leadership skills that the Center teaches. You can use this as a “refresher” if you’ve been to a CLW workshop before, or as a “sampler” to see how CLW training can help you. Each session includes a lively, practical discussion followed by a delicious dinner in the Casa dining room. Even though the Center for Leadership Wellness focuses primarily on those working with volunteers, these techniques apply to paid staff in very much the same way.

MARCH 23: JOB DESCRIPTIONS Job Descriptions for volunteers? Of course! That’s how they know what’s expected, and how they can strive to do their best. This means evaluations, too. Learn more about how to compose a clear and effective volunteer job description.

Fee: $25 per person, per session, including dinner. Pre-registration required.
