Day Programs
Consider arriving a day early, staying a day longer or spending the whole weekend at the Center.

You are considered registered for a program at the Franciscan Renewal Center (FRC) only when your payment is received. In the event of a program cancellation, the FRC does not assume responsibility for airfare and transfer fees.
Cancellations of registrations without lodging received before the start of the program will receive a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee.
Cancellations of registrations with lodging received more than seven days in advance of the start of the program or retreat will receive a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee.
Cancellations of registrations with lodging received seven days or less than the start of the program or retreat will be charged 50% of the full price of the planned stay.
Full refunds will be made to you if the program is full or if it is cancelled by The Casa.
Services Rendered
All programs and retreats (unless otherwise noted) are offered on site at the Franciscan Renewal Center, 5802 E. Lincoln Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona 85253. Registrants are responsible for the cost of travel to/from the Franciscan Renewal Center.
For guests who opt to stay overnight, a check-in and check-out time will be provided to you following confirmation of your registration and before the date of the program or retreat.
Generally, check-in time for retreats is 5:00 pm, dinner is served at 6:00 pm, and the retreat concludes with lunch on Sunday unless otherwise specified.

This special event for professionals and committed volunteers in Faith Formation is one of three national gatherings in this project, led by John Roberto. Participants will explore the ever-developing influences on Faith Formation and the Family, and seek to discern both new and known approaches for making this ministry more effective and rewarding. This is an active, highly immersive, and engaging process that you will not want to miss. Space is limited; register early!


Fees: $310 includes meals and book. Add lodging Thursday & Friday nights: $225 Single, $140 double, per person. Register online or call. Meals included are Thursday Lunch & Dinner, Friday all three meals, Saturday Breakfast.
