Day Programs
Consider arriving a day early, staying a day longer or spending the whole weekend at the Center.

Refund/Cancellation
You are considered registered for a program at the Franciscan Renewal Center (FRC) only when your payment is received. In the event of a program cancellation, the FRC does not assume responsibility for airfare and transfer fees.
Cancellations of registrations without lodging received before the start of the program will receive a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee.
Cancellations of registrations with lodging received more than seven days in advance of the start of the program or retreat will receive a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee.
Cancellations of registrations with lodging received seven days or less than the start of the program or retreat will be charged 50% of the full price of the planned stay.
Full refunds will be made to you if the program is full or if it is cancelled by The Casa.
Services Rendered
All programs and retreats (unless otherwise noted) are offered on site at the Franciscan Renewal Center, 5802 E. Lincoln Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona 85253. Registrants are responsible for the cost of travel to/from the Franciscan Renewal Center.
For guests who opt to stay overnight, a check-in and check-out time will be provided to you following confirmation of your registration and before the date of the program or retreat.
Generally, check-in time for retreats is 5:00 pm, dinner is served at 6:00 pm, and the retreat concludes with lunch on Sunday unless otherwise specified.

Grief and Loss Retreat
For anyone feeling the loss of a loved one.

The retreat team provides a supportive setting for anyone experiencing grief over the death of a loved one, shares information about the grief process and suggests ways to heal during the intense and painful period following a loved one’s death.

 

Sign up early, retreat limited to 20.

 

Retreat fee including meals: $150;with lodging $240 single, $175 double per person.Check-in: Friday 5:00 pm; dinner 6:00 pm. Retreat ends Sunday, 1:00 pm.

 

Overnight lodging is strongly recommended for this retreat experience. Pre-registration required.
